Statutes > Alaska > Title-37 > Chapter-37-15 > Article-06 > Sec-37-15-777The committee shall authorize the issuance of bonds by adopting a resolution and shall prepare all other documents and proceedings necessary for the issuance, sale, and delivery of the bonds or any part or series of them. The bond resolution may provide for delegation of authority to establish the final terms of the bonds, including the terms identified in AS 37.15.773 , upon reasonable conditions established by the committee.
