Statutes > Alaska > Title-42 > Chapter-42-40 > Article-09 > Sec-42-40-780If the railroad labor relations agency fails to eliminate the prohibited practice by conciliation and to obtain voluntary compliance with AS 42.40.710 - 42.40.890 or before it attempts conciliation, it may serve a copy of the complaint or accusation upon the respondent. The complaint or accusation and the subsequent procedures shall be handled in accordance with the administrative adjudication portion of AS 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act).
