Statutes > Alaska > Title-42 > Chapter-42-40 > Article-09 > Sec-42-40-800The railroad labor relations agency may apply to the superior court in the judicial district in which the prohibited practice occurred for an order enjoining the prohibited acts specified in the order or decision of the railroad labor relations agency. Upon showing by the railroad labor relations agency that the person has engaged or is about to engage in the practice, an injunction, restraining order, or other order that is appropriate may be granted by the court and shall be without bond.
