Statutes > Alaska > Title-47 > Chapter-47-25 > Article-02 > Sec-47-25-180An applicant whose application is not acted upon or is denied, discontinued, or modified by the department shall be granted an opportunity for fair hearing before a representative of the department appointed for that purpose. The hearing shall be held within a reasonable time after demand for it. A representative designated to conduct the hearing shall be governed by the regulations adopted for that purpose by the department.
