15-1725. Medical student loan fund A. The medical student loan fund is established. All monies appropriated to carry out sections 15-1723 and 15-1724 shall be deposited in the fund, and all payments of principal and interest received by the board shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated for use by the board. B. Monies in the medical student loan fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations. |
