27-106. Annual report of board of governors

A. The board shall transmit to the governor, not later than August 15 each year, an annual report of the activities of the department during the preceding fiscal year, which shall include the quarterly reports of the director and a complete financial statement.

B. The report shall be printed and made available to each member or member-elect of the legislature and to the public.
