32-1926.01. Change in residency status; duty to report A. A licensee shall give written notice to the executive director of a change in the licensee's residency status authorized by the United States immigration and naturalization service. B. If the licensee's residency status ceases to be authorized by the United States immigration and naturalization service, the licensee shall give notice to the executive director that the licensee voluntarily terminates the license. |
