12-12-1604. Authority.(a) The Department of Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Crime Information Center may provide background check services to a volunteer organization pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter.
(b) The department and the center may promulgate rules to administer the provisions of this subchapter.
