12-42-101. Definition.

As used in 12-42-109, 12-42-110, 12-42-112, 12-2-113, and 12-42-115, "county convicts" means persons convicted of misdemeanors or petty offenses and committed to jail in default of the payment of the fine and costs adjudged against them.
