16-13-3107. Prosecuting attorneys.(a) At the 1998 general election, the qualified electors of Saline County shall elect a person who shall serve as the prosecuting attorney for the Twenty-second Judicial District beginning January 1, 1999.
(b) At the 1998 general election, the qualified electors of Hot Spring County and Grant County shall elect a person who shall serve as the prosecuting attorney for the Seventh Judicial District beginning January 1, 1999.
