21-5-417. State contribution for employee receiving workers' compensation.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of the law, a state agency shall remit the employer's contribution to the Employee Benefits Division for state employees when the employee is in a leave-without-pay status because of a work-related injury and is receiving benefits from workers' compensation.
