23-46-501. Call for reports.

The Bank Commissioner shall have power to call for reports from state banks and subsidiary trust companies whenever deemed necessary, in order to obtain a full and complete knowledge of their condition or the status of their reserves, but he shall call upon each of them for at least two (2) reports each year.
