3-4-702. Hours of lawful sales -- Purchase from wholesale distributors.(a) The hours of lawful sales under the post exchange package permit shall be the same as those established for military service clubs pursuant to 3-4-706.
(b) All alcoholic beverages authorized to be sold under this title shall be purchased from wholesale distributors licensed by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division.
