§ 6-4-102 - Legislative approval.
6-4-102. Legislative approval.(a) The Southern Regional Education Compact is approved, and the State of Arkansas is declared to be a party to the compact.
(b) Agreements, covenants, and obligations in the compact are binding upon the State of Arkansas.
