SECTION 466




466.  As used in this chapter:
 (a) "Dispute resolution" includes, but is not limited to,
mediation, conciliation, and arbitration.
 (b) "Program" means an entity that provides dispute resolution.
 (c) "Advisory Council" means the Dispute Resolution Advisory
Council.
