BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS CODE
SECTION 496-499



496.  A board may deny, suspend, revoke, or otherwise restrict a
license on the ground that an applicant or licensee has violated
Section 123 pertaining to subversion of licensing examinations.



498.  A board may revoke, suspend, or otherwise restrict a license
on the ground that the licensee secured the license by fraud, deceit,
or knowing misrepresentation of a material fact or by knowingly
omitting to state a material fact.


499.  A board may revoke, suspend, or otherwise restrict a license
on the ground that the licensee, in support of another person's
application for license, knowingly made a false statement of a
material fact or knowingly omitted to state a material fact to the
board regarding the application.
