SECTIONS 18381-18382

18381.  No packer shall own or control, directly or indirectly,
through stock ownership or control or otherwise, by himself or
through his agents or employees, any interest in a stockyard.

18382.  Such ownership or control is hereby declared to be contrary
to public policy, as tending to create a monopoly and to interfere
with trade and commerce.
