SECTION 24501-24502
24501. The provisions of this part, including the payment of fees, are applicable to all state and county institutions which are engaging in livestock operations. 24502. The provisions of Chapters 1 (commencing with Section 24501), 2 (commencing with Section 24651), and 3 (commencing with Section 24951), of Part 1 of Division 12 are not applicable to any poultry plant, or poultry product subject to requirements of plant sanitation and poultry meat product wholesomeness as provided in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 18651) of Part 3 of Division 9.
