SECTIONS 34501-34505

34501.  Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in
this article govern the construction of this chapter.

34502.  "Association" includes nonstock corporations.

34503.  "Single service container" means a container which is used
only once and is not refilled.

34504.  "Milk case" means a rigid, reusable container for packing
and transporting or delivering cartons, bottles, jugs, or any other
form of packaged milk or milk products. "Container," as used in this
chapter, includes a "milk case."

34505.  This chapter applies to all brands which have been
registered with the department.
