56981.  The violation of any provision of this chapter by any person
is a misdemeanor.

56982.  The violation of any provision of this chapter by a produce
dealer is grounds for the revocation of his license, and the
violation of any provision of this chapter by an association is
grounds for the revocation of the license of each produce dealer that
participates in such violation.
