FISH AND GAME CODE
SECTION 9100-9101



9100.  The California Energy Extension Service of the Office of
Planning and Research shall implement a revolving loan fund program
to assist low-income fishing fleet operators reduce their energy
costs and conserve fuel by providing low-interest loans to those
operators.



9101.  Commencing January 1, 1994, and thereafter biennially, the
California Energy Extension Service of the Office of Planning and
Research shall report to the Legislature on the status of the loan
program, including the number and the amounts of loans made, the
amount of loans repaid, and a comparison of the ethnic background of
the loan recipients with the ethnic background of the low-income
fishing fleet operators.
