FINANCIAL CODE
SECTION 31200-31201 



31200.  The corporate name of each licensee shall include the phrase
"California business and industrial development corporation".



31201.  No licensee shall, except with the prior approval of the
commissioner, transact business under any name other than its
corporate name.
