SECTION 3980




3980.  Local, regional, and statewide agencies responsible for
emergency preparation and response activities shall work with all
harbor agencies, as defined in Section 1694, within their
jurisdiction, to ensure integration of the harbor agencies'
respective emergency preparation, response, and evacuation procedures
with the agencies' activities.
