SECTION 6000-6002
6000. "Harbor," as used in this part, includes any bay, harbor, inlet, river, channel, slough, or arm of the sea, in which the tides of the Pacific Ocean ebb and flow or in which tides are affected by the Pacific Ocean. 6001. "Board," as used in this part, means the commission or board having the management or control of the improvements, development, protection and maintenance of any harbor district established or formed pursuant to this part. 6002. "District," as used in this part, refers to a district formed pursuant to this part.
