HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 18630



18630.  The department shall adopt regulations regarding plumbing in
parks that it determines are reasonably necessary for the protection
of life and property and to carry out the purposes of this part. The
department shall propose and submit building standards for approval
pursuant to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 18935) of Part 2.5 for
the purposes described in this section. The building standards
published in the California Building Standards Code and the other
regulations adopted by the department shall apply to all plumbing
within permanent buildings, except a park in a city, county, or city
and county that has adopted and is enforcing a plumbing code with
amendments adopted pursuant to Section 17958.5 and which city,
county, or city and county is the enforcement agency.
