SECTION 7975




7975.  When any law or ordinance requires that the remains interred
in any cemetery be removed and reinterred elsewhere, no county, town
or political subdivision in which the reinterment of disinterred
remains takes place, shall charge for any permit or levy a tax of any
nature for the reinterment.
