PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 9051-9052




9051.  There is in the Department of Conservation the Division of
Resource Conservation.



9052.  The Division of Resource Conservation is in charge of a
chief, designated as Chief of the Division of Resource Conservation,
who is appointed by the director with the advice and consent of the
commission. The appointment shall be made pursuant to the State Civil
Service Act from an eligible list prepared by the State Personnel
Board from the results of an open examination.
