PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 101130-101131



101130.  Each member of the board shall receive a per diem
compensation for his services for each day, or portion thereof, in
which he is in attendance at meetings of the board. The amount of the
compensation shall be fixed by the board, but shall not exceed fifty
dollars ($50) for each day's attendance. In no event shall the total
compensation received by any member of the board in any one calendar
month exceed the sum of one hundred dollars ($100).



101131.  In addition to the compensation provided for in Section
101130, each member of the board shall receive reimbursement for his
actual and necessary traveling expenses incurred in the discharge of
his official duties when such travel is beyond the territory of the
district and when such travel is first approved by the board.
