PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 120000-120001 



120000.  This division shall be known and may be cited as the
Mills-Deddeh Transit Development Act.



120001.  As used in this division, "board" means a county transit
development board created pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with
Section 120050).
