SECTION 2650-2651




2650.  The commission is empowered to enter into formal agreements
or arrangements as provided in Article 3 of Chapter 4 of Division 3,
commencing at Section 8000.

2651.  The commission may adopt such rules and regulations as may be
necessary to effectuate the powers granted to it by this code.
