SECTION 22185-22186




22185.  A district may construct, maintain, and operate recreational
facilities in connection with any dams, reservoirs, or other works
owned or controlled by the district.

22186.  A district may fix and assess reasonable charges for the use
of the recreational facilities by members of the public.
