SECTION 30830-30831




30830.  Ordinances may be passed by voters in accordance with
Article 1 (commencing with Section 9100) of Chapter 2 of Division 9
of the Elections Code.

30831.  Ordinances may be subject to referendum in accordance with
Article 2 (commencing with Section 9140) of Chapter 2 of Division 9
of the Elections Code.
