WELFARE AND INSTITUTIONS CODE
SECTION 15450-15451 



15450.  The department shall request such waivers as are necessary
for the use of health care moneys provided under Titles XVIII and XIX
of the Social Security Act from the Department of Health, Education
and Welfare for the purposes of this chapter.



15451.  Only federal funds may be used for the purposes of this
chapter.
