      Sec. 1-84d. Foundations or alumni associations established for the benefit of a constituent unit of public higher education or vocational-technical school. Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, for purposes of this chapter, no foundation or alumni association established for the benefit of a constituent unit of public higher education or vocational-technical school shall be deemed to be doing business with or seeking to do business with such constituent unit of public higher education or vocational-technical school.
