      Sec. 10-92a. Use of supplemental resources for children not eligible for special education. If a teacher determines that a child in his class who is not eligible for special education and related services has a communicative, motor skills or physical problem, the teacher shall access existing supplemental resources within the school district to address the educational needs of such child.
