Statutes > Connecticut > Title10 > Chap168 > Sec10-198Sec. 10-198. False statement as to age. Any parent or other person having control of a child, who makes any false statement concerning the age of such child with intent to deceive any registrar of vital statistics or the teacher of any school, or instructs a child to make any such false statement, shall be fined not more than twenty dollars.
