      Sec. 10-307. Federal funds. The Board of Education and Services for the Blind is empowered to receive any federal funds made available to this state under which vocational rehabilitation is provided for a person whose visual acuity has been impaired and to expend such funds for the purpose or purposes for which they are made available. The State Treasurer shall be the custodian of such funds.
