      Sec. 10-404. (Formerly Sec. 10-373k). Minor not disqualified for loan. Any person otherwise qualifying for a loan or grant made by the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism, established under section 10-392, shall not be disqualified by reason of being under the age of eighteen years and for the purpose of applying for, receiving and repaying such a loan, or entering into a contract concerning such loan or grant, any such person shall be deemed to have full legal capacity to act and shall have all the rights, powers, privileges and obligations of a person of full age, with respect thereto.
