      Sec. 10a-66. (Formerly Sec. 10-326j). List of recommended programs provided to General Assembly. The Board of Governors of Higher Education shall annually provide the General Assembly with a list of programs for which it recommends contracting pursuant to section 10a-65 together with a report on all programs for which interstate contracting is conducted by the New England Board of Higher Education.
