      Sec. 13a-27. Wilbur Cross Parkway. Restricted use. The "Wilbur Cross Parkway" means that highway established by number 394 of the special acts of 1937 and constructed between the grade separation at the Housatonic River and Meriden. Said parkway is restricted to noncommercial automotive vehicular use.
