Statutes > Connecticut > Title13b > Chap245b > Sec13b-365Sec. 13b-365. (Formerly Sec. 16-180). Certain employees to wear badges. All the conductors, brakemen and baggagemen employed upon the passenger trains of any company, when on duty, shall wear, in a conspicuous place, a badge showing their respective duties and the name of such company.
