      Sec. 16a-4. Office of Policy and Management. Staff. Regulations. The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall employ, subject to the provisions of chapter 67, such staff as is required for the proper discharge of duties of the office as set forth in this chapter and sections 4-5, 4-124l, 4-124p, 8-3b, 8-32a, 8-33a, 8-35a, 8-189, subsection (b) of section 8-206, sections 16a-20, 16a-102, 22a-352 and 22a-353. The secretary may adopt, pursuant to chapter 54, such regulations as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
