Statutes > Connecticut > Title17a > Chap319a > Sec17a-176Sec. 17a-176. (Formerly Sec. 17-81b). Licensing or bonding not required of sending agency. Any requirement of the general statutes for a license or permit or the posting of a bond to entitle an agency to place children shall not apply to a public sending agency of or in another state party to said compact.
