      Sec. 17a-458c. Effect of consolidation of operations at Connecticut Valley Hospital and Cedarcrest Hospital. Regardless of any consolidation of operational functions at Connecticut Valley Hospital and Cedarcrest Hospital, the campuses of Connecticut Valley Hospital and Cedarcrest Hospital shall constitute separate hospitals for purposes of section 17a-511 and each such hospital shall designate an administrator who is authorized to render final decisions resolving patient complaints and grievances.
