Statutes > Connecticut > Title2 > Chap016 > Sec2-2Sec. 2-2. Election by illegal practices. Each person elected to either house of the General Assembly by any illegal practice shall be incapable of holding his seat unless he can show to the satisfaction of such house that he was not directly or indirectly concerned in such illegal practice.
