List of approved colleges, schools and institutions. Grounds for disciplinary action. Osteopathy defined; osteopath authorized to practice medicine and surgery. Reports and certificates pertaining to public health. Penalty. Sections 20-17 to 20-23, inclusive, are repealed, effective October 1, 1999.
