      Sec. 20-451. Registration of community association managers required. No person shall hold himself out to be a community association manager without first obtaining a certificate of registration as provided in sections 20-450 to 20-462, inclusive.

      History: P.A. 90-306, S. 3 effective July 1, 1991; P.A. 91-341 deleted language providing that certificate of registration is obtained "from the commission".
