      Sec. 20-522. Misrepresentation; penalty. Any person wilfully misrepresenting any fact required to be disclosed in any application or in any other form, paper or document required to be filed with the commission in connection with an application for a certification, license, tenured license or provisional license shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months or both.
