      Sec. 20-559f. Suspension, revocation or refusal to renew registration. (a) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection may suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a registration for conduct that would have justified denial of registration under subsection (b) of section 20-559e.

      (b) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection may deny, suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a certificate of registration only after proper notice and an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with chapter 54.
