Statutes > Connecticut > Title20 > Chap400i > Sec20-559pSec. 20-559p. Administrative penalty. The Commissioner of Consumer Protection, after notice and conducting a hearing in accordance with chapter 54, may assess a civil penalty against an athlete agent not to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars for a violation of sections 20-559 to 20-559s, inclusive.
